At NutriAura Lab, your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Returns

Due to the nature of dietary supplements and health products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for safety and quality control reasons.

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during shipping
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item arrived defective

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • You must provide photo evidence of the issue

2. Refunds

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will notify you via email.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Products purchased more than 7 days after delivery
  • Clearance or promotional items

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, orders may already be processed and cannot be modified or canceled.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please contact your shipping carrier first
